1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fixed Income Tracker ("Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Fixed Income Tracker is a web-based application that helps users:

• Track fixed income investments (bonds, FDs, SCSS, etc.)
• View upcoming payout schedules
• Monitor monthly income from investments
• Generate reports and analytics
• Manage investment portfolios

The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate another user or entity

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier allows tracking up to 5 investments with a portfolio value up to ₹3,00,000. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Pro plans offer unlimited investments and additional features:

• Monthly Plan: ₹99/month, billed monthly
• Lifetime Plan: ₹999 one-time payment

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4.4 Renewal and Cancellation

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime - access continues until end of billing period
• Lifetime plans have no renewal or expiry

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for at least 3 months.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fixed Income Tracker and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your investment data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixed Income Tracker shall not be liable for:

• Any investment losses or financial damages
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors in calculations or payout schedules
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixed Income Tracker from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the Service with notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before account closure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
