Subscription Plans Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Pro Monthly Plan: ₹99 per month (recurring)
  • Pro Lifetime Plan: ₹999 one-time payment

Note: Free tier users do not require refunds as no payment is made.

Full Refund Within 7 Days

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and receive a full refund - no questions asked.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • This is your first subscription purchase (not renewal)
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same plan

What Happens After Refund

  • Your Pro subscription is immediately downgraded to Free tier
  • Access to Pro features is removed
  • Your investment data is retained (subject to free tier limits)
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

For Pro Monthly (₹99/month) subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime: No cancellation fees
  • Access continues: You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No automatic refund: Already paid fees for the current month are not refunded (unless within 7-day guarantee)
  • No renewal: Your subscription will not renew for the next month
  • Automatic downgrade: Account reverts to Free tier after billing period ends

Lifetime Subscriptions

For Pro Lifetime (₹999 one-time) subscriptions:

  • No expiry: Lifetime access with no recurring charges
  • 7-day refund: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • After 7 days: No refunds, but access continues for lifetime
  • No cancellation needed: No recurring billing to cancel

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Subscription renewals (monthly auto-renewals)
  • Account violations or Terms of Service breaches
  • Duplicate purchases (contact us for resolution)
  • Change of mind after 7 days

Note: We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Refund Payment Method

All refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
  • UPI: Refunded to your linked bank account
  • Net Banking: Refunded to your bank account
  • Wallet: Refunded to your wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or account.
